Thierry has devoted his professional life to the management and prevention of SME-VSE crises. In 1989, he founded a specialized consulting firm that piloted more than 850 insolvency and related proceedings in 25 years.
As key player in his business, he has been Chairman of the Fond d’intervention pour les PME since 2011 and is a member of the Association Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF), the Compagnie des Conseils-Experts Financiers (CCEF) and the Académie des Sciences et Techniques Comptables et Financières. He was previously Managing Director of the Fédération Nationale des Groupements de Prévention Agréés (1997-2003).
Thierry is the author of Initiation to Small Business Crisis Management (L’Harmattan, 1999), La chance TPE (Publibook, 2001) and more than 150 press articles, interviews and technical publications in the business press, on the subject of VSEs / SMEs and their difficulties. Since 2007, he is a columnist on BFM Business.
He has also taught at Paris-Dauphine University (Difficulties of SMEs), at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (SME Strategy) and at the Francis Lefebvre Institute.
